Charter and Reservation Policies

Reservations/Bookings

Confirmed only on receipt of $750.00 deposit payable by Visa, MasterCard, Certified Cheque or Bank Draft.

Person signing Rental Contract must be at least 19 years of age with valid driver's license.

Payment of Charter

The full charter fee is due 60 days prior to sailing. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Certified Cheque or Bank Draft.

If payment is not received 60 days prior to sailing your reservation may be cancelled.

Cancellation

Reservation deposit is non refundable.

For cancellations less than 60 days prior to sailing, the charter fee paid (less the $750.00 deposit fee) will be refunded only if boat is re-chartered for the period cancelled.

Security/Damage Deposit

A security deposit of $2,500.00 for our Houseboats by authorized credit card will be required prior to departure, refundable after completion of an acceptable damage and loss inspection. (All those providing this deposit must qualify and sign the Charter Contract)... Inquire about our ‘reduced security deposit' program.

The damage deposit will be applied but not limited to the following:
Damage to prop, out drive, hull, engine or other boat parts Lost or damaged inventory items Excessively unclean boats Late return Damage to parks or other property Unnecessary service calls
